October 2 was my first wedding after returning from being deployed all this year. It felt great to be back in the saddle, so to speak.

The first stop of the morning (after getting chick-n-minis) was Branded Hues Hair co to meet Kaci and the bride, Emily. Emily and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done, then Kaci and I headed to Trattoria Pasquale to meet the boys.

Donnie and his groomsmen were in full party mode by the time we arrived, which made for some fun footage. Soon, it was time to head to church and get married!

Christ the King Church was the venue for the ceremony, the staff there did a great job, and was obviously well rehearsed, as the ceremony went off without a hitch.

Finally, the whole group was off to Palma Ceia Country Club, which is definitely one of the most beautiful reception venues I’ve had the chance to work in.

In closing, a big congratulations to Emily and Donnie! Nice to meet you to Kaci, and I’m happy to be back doing what I love after a long time off.
